James Schneider, PA

James Schneider, known as Jaime by friends, family, and clients, has been a full time professional Realtor since spring 1983. He has held many positions over his career from sales associate, sales manager, project manager, chairman, instructor, hearing officer, and broker/owner.

Having held many titles simply means that he has a substantial level of experience. Most local agents hold their real estate license as a side job, for when the times are good, in hopes of making their quick buck, sadly. Schneider has sold in excess of $680 million in residential real estate. Sold means closed in this case.

His career began in Severna Park, Maryland, which is a suburb of Washington, D.C., Baltimore, MD, and also Annapolis, MD. After selling for firms such as Merrill Lynch, Prudential, CHRISTIE’S and Sotheby’s, Schneider opened the luxury boutique firm Distinguished Properties, in the historic port of Annapolis, MD. He represented and marketing homes of all types, price ranges as high as $14 million, and many subdivisions of new construction homes from production to custom luxury estates.

In 2013, Schneider and his partner Glenn decided to sell their properties in Annapolis and in Rehoboth Beach, DE and to scale down to one home in south Florida. They fell in love with the west coast, both having spent so much time along the east coast beaches and the Florida Keys. Schneider was ready to retire from real estate and continue with his second career as a suspense novelist. He is a national award winning author. His first three suspense/thriller novels adorn many shelves. Additionally Jaime has held Art Exhibits of his paintings up and down the east coast of the United States. His full time pursuit of these interests was set aside for real estate in south Florida.

After teaching the Code of Ethics and Professional Standards course for other Realtors over many years, he decided to return to selling in Florida. He felt that the vast majority of the professionals he dealt with, were not very professional. We know why there is a joke about used car sales men and real estate agents, eh? He cares about the clients he represents so much so that he put his money into the transactions of clients.

The “REBATE REALTOR” concept grew for Schneider after assisting several clients in need financially when it came to lack of closing costs. These costs grow every year and it dramatically affects everyone, not just the seniors or those first-time buyers.

ANY Realtor in the United States is allowed to contribute to a buyer or seller’s closing costs, AS LONG as it is disclosed to all parties involved, in writing, and within the actual Sales Agreement. He doesn’t know of any other who makes this commitment to all of their clients.

So, EVERY client that Schneider works with – obtains a cash rebate. It is determined based on the actual sales commission to be earned, disclosed thoroughly, and in writing upfront.

From contract to the closing all parties including the Lender, the Title/Law Firm, the Seller, or Buyer on opposite side of the transaction as well as the real estate firms’ brokers.

Your CREDIT/REBATE will be determined within the initial conversation with James Schneider and put in writing. If you are able to refer a client to James directly, they will receive and their CASH REBATE and you will receive a gift.
